March Update

Faithful Partners in the Gospel,

It is a joy to report again this month on our efforts to reach the world for Jesus Christ.

In June of 2008 we introduced several projects to the FCF family. I want to give you an update on the progress of each of these.

This month we were able to complete payment on the tent ($20,000) which is home to Father’s House in Ruiru, Kenya. This facility also accommodates a Bible School and hosts several conferences each year including our annual Leadership Summit. Many thanks from Victor and Eunice Mwangi who oversee the work!

Last year we invested in a new sound system and humanitarian aid supplies for a new FCF church in Serbia. The equipment was delivered and the church continues to do well. Eva and Istvan Nagy, the apostles of this work thank you!

Together, we have also contributed approximately $3,500 to Nehemiah Foundation in El Salvador for the completion of rooms for their supplemental school and feeding program for the poorest of the poor. Sister Virginia Velasquez and all of her ministry staff say thank you!

We also presented the need for a vehicle for “Chris” in China who is preaching the Gospel. That need was met another way, so the $8,300 which was received toward this project has been distributed towards several other needs in China. Our missionary in Asia, Ann Wood thanks you!

Last month we also sent a re-start up seed of $300 to New Beginnings Int’l Training Center for the purchase of chicks for the chicken farm we helped build a few years ago. The project worked successfully until a mysterious disease wiped out the chicken population. Now they are back up and running. Bob and Mary Holland, Founders of the work, are grateful for our help!

I’m pleased to report that nearly $50,000 has been received towards Haitian earthquake relief. The boat carrying food, water and building materials has arrived at La Gonave and the goods are being distributed by our FCF family on the ground. The people of Haiti thank you!

This year our major international ministry opportunities are in the areas of Starting, Sending, and Sustaining people. (Read more about it on the FCF website (www.fcf.org). We will report on our progress in the coming weeks.

Please pray for the success of our Leadership Summit in southern India on March 15, 16. FCF minister, Chuck Coggins, and his wife will be traveling to Chennai to bless the pastors there.

Because of your generous and faithful partnership with FCF International and, by extension, many others, thanksgiving and praise are given to God for His abundant grace.

Bob Buse
