Renewal Procedure*

Renewal forms are mailed each October 1st to all Affiliates and Associates in good standing.  These forms are to be completed and returned along with the renewal fee (as defined on the appropriate Renewal form) to the Int’l Office by January 31st.

A late fee (as defined on the appropriate Renewal form) must accompany all Renewal forms postmarked after January 31st.

Upon FCF Board approval, Associates will receive notice that their Renewal has been accepted.

Upon FCF Board approval and review by the corporate attorney, Affiliates will receive notice that their Renewal has been accepted.


*Those living outside the USA should contact the International Director’s office directly.
