In 2009 FCF Int’l presented nine opportunities forshort-term mission teams. Four churches jumped on board and sent teams.For 2010 we have selected twelve opportunities for your consideration.We are publishing this information now so you have plenty of time toprepare. The summer dates were chosen specifically with youth in mind.However, the only age restriction for any team is 15 years of age andolder.

Pray about jumping on the mission’s wave of the Spirit. Send a group toexperience another culture and be a blessing at the same time. Ashort-term mission is guaranteed to change the lives and churches ofthose who go in a big way. Contact us immediately if you desire toorganize and send a team. Team Profiles

August 1-7 or 8-14 Guadalajara, Mexico $500 per person, plus airfare
Flying into Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla International Airport (GDL) serving Guadalajara
The team will work with Pastor Vicki Parlier and the FCF church in Guadalajara in evangelism and outreach events along with church ministry.

OPEN DATES

June 20-26 or August 8-14 Guatemala City (La Limonada) $500 per person, plus airfare
Flying into La Aurora International Airport (GUA) serving Guatemala City
The team will conduct outreaches for the children of in the Limonada district, one of the poorest and most neglected in Guatemala City, and assist at both La Limonada schools.

Petén Jungle, Guatemala $650 per person, plus airfare
Flying into Maya Mundo International Airport (TKM) serving the Petén
The team will work with FCF missionaries Craig and Peggy Harvey in the Petén doing ministry for children and youth, and outreaches in remote jungle villages.

Santa Ana, El Salvador $550 per person, plus airfare
Flying into Comalapa International Airport (SAL) serving San Salvador
The team will work with Nehemiah Foundation, a multifaceted ministry in the Santa Anna region which includes a church, school, orphanage, and feeding program.

(summer 2010) Comayaguela, Honduras $575 per person, plus airfare
Flying into Toncontin International Airport (TGU) serving Tegucigalpa
You will work with Pastor Alejandrina Salinas with evangelism and church ministry.

(summer 2010) Elbasan, Albania $450 per person, plus airfare
Flying into Tirana International Airport (TIA) serving Tirana, Albania
The team will work with Pastor Irfan Toska and the Resurrection church in the city of Elbasan, also traveling to do ministry in rural mountain villages and churches.

(summer) Claremont, Jamaica $450 per person, plus airfare
Flying into Sangster International Airport (MBJ) serving Montego Bay Jamaica
The team will conduct a Vacation Bible School for the communities of St Ann and Claremont, where the first FCF church outside of the U.S. was established in 1980.

Flying into Sangster International Airport (MBJ) serving Montego Bay Jamaica
This construction team will continue work on the school building for New Beginnings Training Center for boys.

Flying into Comalapa International Airport (SAL) serving San Salvador
This construction team will build a dining hall at the Nehemiah Foundation in Santa Ana.

Flying into Toncontin International Airport (TGU) serving Tegucigalpa
This construction team will build a temporary church building for Pastor Alejandrina Salinas in Comayaguela.

(summer 2010) Tarma, Peru, $ 450 per person, plus airfare
Flying into Jorge Chávez International Airport (LIM) serving Lima, Peru
The team will work with Pastor Omar Oscanoa and Ebenezer church in the city of Tarma. In addition, the group will do outreach into jungle and mountain villages.

Due to the great fluctuation in airfare, we did not figure this cost into the package. The price quoted above includes accommodations, meals, local transportation and entry/exit fees. It is not possible to predict with accuracy the cost of these items at the time of the trip. The prices quoted may go up subject to inflation and severe price hikes.

 There is some flexibility in the posted dates for each team.
*Individuals traveling with a construction team are asked to make a donation towards building supplies equal to half the total cost (of supplies used during the trip). The sending church is asked to contribute the other half.

WHERE DO I PAY?

Payment are made to FCF International then disbursed to the host ministry. Air travel is paid directly to the travel agent, airline or online travel site.
