We oversaw the creation of a new website and the transition to the electronic Mentor Pack. Both were large investments of time and finances for the International Office. Yet it was an easy decision to make. We had to move forward to provide the best service we can for our family. 

As 2008 ended, the financial troubles shook the world. The stock market plummeted, and the world slid into a recession. We made adjustments and continued to trust God. Though we may be IN this world, we are NOT OF this world. Our trust is in God. He was, is, and always will be our source of supply. We have prayed, adjusted, and continued to build on and work on products that will build and bless the FCF family in years to come. 

We are already in the first quarter of 2009, and plenty of new opportunities abound—not just here in Tulsa but around the world. Now is the season for the church to share. Scripture says, “Some men trust in horses and chariots,” but we trust in the name of our Lord. Our faith and our message say this: “Not what our government can do but what God has done!”

So look to Him who is more than enough in these unsettled times. Point people to the truth. Seek His face and open your heart to hear His voice. God is speaking. We must listen. He saw today long before it arrived. Together we the FCF family will rise above the circumstances, preach the Good News, and rejoice as our God blesses us and delivers us and directs us.

As you read this annual report, I hope you see we are doing all we can to be excellent stewards of our finances. Notice we did not print it this year. Postage and paper not being used resulted in more than $11,000 savings. As with the Mentor Pack, going electronic provides a huge savings. 

Thank you for your love, prayers, and support for this ministry.Together we are making a difference everyday somewhere in the world. I rejoice with you as we go through 2009 blessed by God to be a blessing in this world.
